Description:

1. Our three rollers stabilizer adopts AISI 4145H MOD with the best quality as raw material and it mainly adopts rollers to strengthen the body resistance.

2. Having better mechanical properties, grain size and metallurgical structure higher than API Spec 7-1 standard, according to a special heat treatment process the product’s hardness, strength, impact performance can be ensured. Wear layers mosaic cylindrical carbide has high-strength and durable resistance point.

Applications:

The three rollers stabilizer is an important tool for oil, gas and geology exploration drilling engineering to prevent well deflection. Drill collars, heavy weight drill pipe and lifting subs are tools matching with stabilizers.
