The Roller core mainly uses 42CrMo as material, and outside setting with 30Cr2NiMo as roll sleeve which is high hardness, good performance to enhance its service life.The production process is rough machining, Q&T, holing, Mill groove, drilling. It used to warm rolling roll, such as Aluminum rolling mill.
