Structure Features of Industrial Chocolate Tempering Machine
It is in vertical structure,the chocolate mass is fed from the bottom by the chocolatepump,then passing through four temperature adjusting zones and one temperature holding zone,then output from the top of the machine. After this process, the chocolate product will be well crystallized with smooth taste, good finishing and longer shelf life.
Bothe hygiene and operating requirements are thoroughly satisfied with the built-in safety device.
1. If the chocolate is consoildated outside the device during the operation, the safety device will be dis-connected in the machine's drive unit, causing the driving motor and the chocolate feeding pump to stop, and resulting in automatic activation of the warming mode.
2. The chocolate temperature is automatically regulated, even while the production is suspended, by the switching of a valve provided.
3. A single warming / Cooling changeover switch automatically controls the preset temperatures.
