Automatic Fast Speed Rolling Door Air Shower

Cargo Air Shower SUS304 is specialized antechamber which personnel and cargoes need to pass through before entering clean rooms in order to decontaminate. Decontamination is done by clearing off dust and dirt particles from personnel and cargoes to minimize contamination of equipment or products.

In fields where sterile or dust-free conditions are critical, for example, life science and biomedical research, pharmaceutical, parenteral drug, microelectronics, aerospace and precision manufacturing, cargo air shower is considered essential equipment.
Principle of Work

Air in cargo air shower is pressed into static pressure chamber through pre-filter by low noise centrifugal fan, then pressed out by HEPA filter. The clean air sprays out from left, right, and top sides through nozzles after HEPA filter, blowing off the dust from body and goods, then intaked into pre-filter by blower. The dust is absorbed by pre-filter and HEPA filter. Clean air sprays out from nozzle again. It's an inner circulation.

Air Shower Standard Features:

1) The material is made of cold-rolled steel plate paint or stainless steel plate, it is full of stainless steel.

2) It operates by the automatic control unit. The entire blowing is fully automated and the double doors can be opened or closed automatically by electronic interlock and photoelectric sensor.

3)The time for showering can be adjustbale between 0-99 seconds on display with a software touch-type time relay.

4) It is equipped with both primary filter and HEPA filter with 99.99% efficiency.

5) It is equipped with large winds and low noise fans, and the wind speed of the air outlet is above 25m/s.

6) The rolling door has strong performance without accumulated dust, it is much more efficient, stable, waterproof and easy to clean.
