Air showers are a tool that allows for people and/or objects to enter a clean area without bringing in unwanted contaminants such as dust and bacteria. Air showers act as a sort of buffer or air lock between two areas of varying cleanliness, and preserve the air quality of a dynamic clean environment. Due to their usefulness and simplicity, air showers are a critical component of modern-day cleanroom facilities.

Air showers employ high-speed currents of air to blow microscopic dust and bacteria particles off of clothing and other surfaces. The air used in air showers runs through a filtration system in order to maintain air purity and avoid recirculation of microscopic contaminants.

Air Shower Standard Features:

1.Special ultra thin blowing tube housing and fan, match with rotatable embedded stainless steel nozzle, greatly increased the space utilization and blowing tube effect.
2.Fully auto controlled by computer, 2 electronic interlocking door, automatically blow and shower.
3.Duration for showering can be adjusted from 0 second to 99 seconds with time display . It is easy to operate with button touch switches.
4.Floor and nozzles are made of quality stainless steel.
5.Efficiency can reach 99.99%@033μm with pre filter and hepa filter.

Our air showers offer the highest velocities combined with a large airflow rate to provide an air shower that quickly and efficiently cleans particulates from the surface of clean room garments.
Superior Construction Materials
anlaitech standard air showers are constructed of an all-metal, painted steel shell with no wood or plastic laminate and is entirely silicone-free. The standard shower has a 16-gauge steel shell, heavy-duty glass door and door closer. The shell and concealed air ducts are finished with a white powder coat paint which provides a strong, durable cleanroom-compatible finish. The all-steel shell design will stand up to the rigors of shipping, installation, use, and the occasional abuse of a high-traffic entry system. The steel construction also reduces the chances of biological growth and contamination caused by systems using laminated particle board in the construction.
Superior Service Access
Service to the mechanical equipment, blower, motor, HEPA filter and prefilter is easily done from the inside of the air shower through a hinged access panel located in the interior ceiling of the air shower. This is desirable because you don’t have to penetrate the clean room ceiling surrounding
