Prefabricated ISO Class 8 Clean Room, Portable Clean Rooms

ISO 8 suite for the production of PPE and medical devices with design, certification, installation and air balancing included. Scratch free NICOMAC modular walls, doors, visuals, pharmaceutical-type ceilings with air conditioning system with HEPA filters or FFU’s, and temperature control.
The ISO 8 Suite is a 600 Sq.ft. clean room ready for easy and quick installation, with personnel and materials airlocks. The installation can be performed within 45 days from PO and can be carried out in any building with suitable area.

The quality and reliability are guaranteed by anlaitech., with 20 years of experience and with more than 1,500 installations in China and Worldwide. The system can include a qualification and sanitization system.

Clean room ISO Class and Airflow
The lower your ISO class, the more frequently air needs to pass through the HEPA filter, which is measured in air change per hour (ACH).
A common HVAC airflow will change the air twice or so per hour. However, in a cleanroom setting, the air needs to be cycled at least 10 times per hour.
