The equipment to be repaired on the tank roof is mainly the low-pressure conveying pump and the top valve in the tank. At present, the minimum mass of low-pressure conveying pumps (including roof plate) with different flow rate and head commonly used in LNG storage tanks at home and abroad is about 2t, the maximum mass is about 8t, and the mass of the commonly used tank top safety valve is 0.5~1.5t.
1. Explosion-proof curved rail electric hoist
At present, the lifting weight of the commonly used explosion-proof curved rail electric hoist used in China is the least 0.5t, and the maximum is generally 16t. Therefore, in terms of lifting capacity, curved rail electric hoist can meet the lifting requirements of commonly used low-voltage pump. In terms of working scope, the area covered by the electric gourd of the winding rail is a curve band parallel to the curved rail, which is affected by the length of the gourd drum. In order to make the car drive the gourd to walk smoothly on the curved rail, the curvature radius of the rail should not be too small. At present, the minimum radius of curvature of the winding rail of the LNG storage tank roof at home and abroad is 3~5m. Therefore, the working range of the winding rail electric hoist is relatively narrow, which is generally suitable for the LNG storage tank with large spacing between the tank top equipment and the basic regular ring arrangement.
2. Explosion-proof cantilever crane
一,Explosion-proof cantilever crane can rotate around the column in the horizontal surface, and the electric car can drive the gourd to walk on the boom, so its working area is the circular or fan surface that can be covered by the rotation of the boom, and the working range is very large. However, due to the influence of deflection, overturning moment, and foundation strength, the maximum lifting weight of the cantilever crane used in the top of LNG storage tanks at home and abroad is not more than 5t, and the maximum arm length is not more than 15m. Therefore, the cantilever crane is generally suitable for small LNG storage tanks with the quality of the low pressure pump not more than 4t, the tank top equipment spacing is small, and a relatively dense layout
二,Safety and stability.
Because the LNG storage tank is installed on the roof of the tank, its load all acts on the tank roof and the tank wall. When the strength and bearing capacity of the tank are fixed, the greater the base load of the crane, the greater the load of the tank, and the lower the safety and stability of the tank system.
