Introduction of full automatic / semi automatic garbage grab crane
The full-automatic garbage crane is a special crane for garbage incineration power plant. The intelligent identification technology of crane industry has three control modes of manual, semi-automatic and full-automatic, which can be switched freely. The full-automatic mode can intelligently identify and distinguish the height of the reclaiming point, intelligently level the material pile, control the process sequence, automatically control the operation of the garbage crane, complete the whole process of the charging of the incinerator and the reclaiming, stacking and mixing of the domestic garbage yard, issue the command through the remote control of the electrical part, start the hydraulic grab, and fully automate the material grabbing and discharging. The design and manufacture of the system meet the requirements of CB / FEM IEC and other international standards.
Its structure consists of single-layer frame, double-layer frame, single drum and double drum group, and the comprehensive weight accuracy is 1%. The crane is equipped with independent PLC to control all the movements of the crane in the control room of the grab crane.
Each mechanism of the crane adopts digital frequency conversion speed regulation device, and the whole machine is controlled by PLC, which can realize manual, semi-automatic and full-automatic operation, real-time dynamic measurement of garbage, crane fault diagnosis alarm and remote fault diagnosis function.
