Automatic Non Woven Facial Tissue Machine

Product Application:

Non woven facial tissue production line adopts spiral fixed horizontal cutting paper knife set, it is very convenient to adjust the horizontal cutting knife.Knife edge to point surface contact, the blade contact to minimize, lower noise, make the blade more durable, effectively eliminate the paper in the process of transverse cutting inertia shift.The whole machine adopts computer programming control, touch screen man-machine interface to set operating parameters, easy to operate.Speed adjustment USES frequency conversion, step drive combined with mechanical linkage mode to improve the coordination of synchronous drive.

Main Features:

1. Folding type: V type folding,paper in upper and lower position are jointed and folded with auto counting unit and output in stack, folding with vacuum adsorption.
2. Paper is conducted by spiral cutting by sections with convenient adjustment in cutting tool.
3. Slitting width can be adjustable while products are in trim.
4. Rewinding of jumbo roll is pushed an fed by the flat belt ,equipped with step-less speed regulator to adjust tension of unwinding.
5. Adopt PLC and frequency speed regulator control.
