Function and Characters:

1. Unwinding of jumbo roll is pushed and fed by flat belt,equipped with stepless speed regulator to adjust tension of unwind.

2. Embossing is conducted with a steel roller to a wool roller.(embossing roller of other materials can be adopted as requested by client).

3. Vacuum adsorption is adopted for folding.

4. Each component is driven by synchronous belt.

5. Machine with different specifications can be made as ordered,1-4 color printing device(soft plate printing)can be added additionally by client.
