The whole machine of Disposable breast pads making machine is driven by servomotor, which can automatically uncoiling and tension control the main raw materials, and realize high-speed splicing of raw materials.Combined with synchronous belt drive, high precision.High-speed pulverizer can crush untreated wood pulp (with sound insulation system), semi-treated and fully treated wood pulp.Double helix polymer additive system.Mix wood pulp and polymer thoroughly.The amount of polymer added can be controlled by frequency converter.Its supply can be displayed on PLC touch screen.The characteristics of anti-overflow pad lie in, from inside to outside successively include: permeable layer, the first water absorbing filler layer, paper finalize the design support piece, the second water absorbing filler layer, waterproof layer.
