It involves using ultrasound energy or laser beams to trigger the production of natural collagen in the body. This production of collagen then makes the skin around the face tighter and more supple. One of the reasons why it is so popular is that it leverages on the body's natural resources. This means that there is no need for surgery and so there is no need for healing and recovery. V-MAX helps to improve wrinkle, skin elasticity and appearance of lines and to form collagen. HIFU thermal energy at 65℃ is delivered into SMAS layer (about 3.5mm~4.5mm) in the face skin and it contracts skin muscle layer. Moreover, V-MAX enables to do obesity treatment by melting fat layer which is in between 10mm~20mm depth in the body skin.

The ultrasound used in the procedure is first emitted at a depth of 3.0-4.5mm and a fractional shape that creates thermal damage to the facial, SMAS, dermis, and subcutaneous layers. With this procedure, the skin tightening and lifting effects are visible over a period of months.

Besides the improved tightening of the skin's structure, the procedure also reduces fat and is especially effective in making chubbier cheeks and fat pads under the eye look better. It is also great for wrinkles and loose skin.

HOW LONG DOES IT LAST?

The effects should last as long as they would with invasive surgery. However this does not stop the natural ageing process. We recommend a top up treatment once every 1 or 2 years for maintenance.
