2400C Horizontal 3-5kg Vacuum Smelting Induction Electric Furnace Laboratory
This vacuum electric furnace is a horizontal split structure design, with novel structure and beautiful appearance. The control method adopts the control mode of touch screen + plc, multi-interface design, convenient operation and powerful functions. It is mainly used for universities, research institutes and production enterprises to melt vanadium-titanium alloy materials under vacuum or protective atmosphere conditions, and can also be used for metal materials (Such as stainless steel, nickel-based alloy, copper, alloy steel, nickel-cobalt alloy, rare earth neodymium iron stilt, etc.) smelting treatment. It can be applied to the preparation of metal alloys, remelting of cast iron, smelting and sintering of non-metallic materials, graphitization and sintering of high-temperature materials, etc.
2400C Vacuum Electric Furnace Structure:
This vacuum melting furnace is composed of furnace cover, furnace body, furnace bottom, crucible rotary mechanism, vacuum system and intermediate frequency power control system.
The vacuum furnace cover, furnace body and furnace bottom all adopt a double-layer water-cooled structure to keep the temperature of the furnace shell below 60°C.
The furnace cover is opened manually, and there are observation holes and baffles on the furnace cover. In order to facilitate the addition of alloy elements during the melting process, an alloy feeder is specially provided on the furnace cover.
There is an induction coil in the furnace body, and the melt in the crucible can be easily poured into the ingot mold by manually turning the handle outside the furnace. The ingot mold can be designed to be water-cooled. The upper part of the crucible is equipped with a temperature measuring device.
The IMF power supply can choose KGPS thyristor or IGBT integrated power supply, full digital circuit, etc. The electrical system is equipped with overcurrent, overvoltage feedback and protection circuits.
