The small vacuum suspension melting furnace is used to melt metal materials under vacuum conditions or protective atmosphere conditions. Electromagnetic force is used to semi-suspend the charge, and the molten pool is kept in non-contact with the crucible wall, so that the charge is not polluted by the crucible material. Effectively used for smelting active metals, high melting point metals and their alloys, equipped with a vacuum pump system. In order to have a pure atmosphere or a vacuum environment in the retort, after the oxygen content is reduced as much as possible, the inert gas is introduced into the vacuum environment, and the melting process starts.
