Aluminum melting furnace structure:
The equipment consists of a furnace body, a furnace cover, a power supply cabinet and a temperature control system.
The shell of the furnace body is welded and formed by steel. The inner shaft type furnace is built with 0.6g/cm3 ultra-light energy-saving refractory brick. The heavy-duty refractory brick is built for the load-bearing part and the easy-to-collision part (the appropriate amount of high-temperature bonding is added to the mud during the masonry). Agent) to enhance the structural strength of the lining. The insulation layer is made of aluminum silicate refractory fiber, asbestos board and other insulation materials to improve the insulation performance of the furnace body and reduce the temperature of the furnace side surface.

The heating element is made of 0Cr25Al5 alloy wire, spirally wound, placed on the wire brick around the furnace, and fixed with a custom socket to prevent falling off.
The furnace cover is also welded by steel and has a long service life. The lining of the furnace cover is made of aluminum silicate refractory fiber for heat insulation and heat preservation, which can improve the heat preservation performance of the furnace cover, prevent heat dissipation, and reduce the weight of the furnace cover

Warranty

· Our products are warranted to be free from defects in materials or workmanship for one year from the date of purchase. · This warranty does not cover consumables and failures due to abuse, misuse, accident or unauthorized alteration or repairs.
