Introduction of crucible resistance furnace:
This series crucible melting and holding furnace main used for low melting point of non-ferrous metals and alloy smelting, such as aluminum, zinc, tin, copper, cadmium and other alloy smelting, also available for laboratory chemical physics analysis, melting metal and small steel heat treatment.This furnace's capacity is from 50 to 400kg ,max. temperature can up to 1200℃,it will be matched graphite crucible or stainless steel crucible .


Crucible resistance furnace structure:
The equipment consists of a furnace body, a furnace cover, a power supply cabinet and a temperature control system.
The shell of the furnace body is welded and formed by steel. The inner shaft type furnace is built with 0.6g/cm3 ultra-light energy-saving refractory brick. The heavy-duty refractory brick is built for the load-bearing part and the easy-to-collision part (the appropriate amount of high-temperature bonding is added to the mud during the masonry). The insulation layer is made of aluminum silicate refractory fiber, asbestos board and other insulation materials to improve the insulation performance of the furnace body and reduce the temperature of the furnace side surface.

· Our products are warranted to be free from defects in materials or workmanship for one year from the date of purchase. Within this period, Across International will, at its sole options, replace any components that fail in normal use.
