Heat Treatment Tiltable Carburizing Furnace Low Carbon Steel

Tilting rotary resistance carburizing furnace Structure:
Furnace body: composed by the body, bracket, bearing seat. The body consists of furnace shell, lining and furnace tank. In order to facilitate the installation and maintenance of the furnace tank, both ends are bolted. The refractory layer of the lining is made of ultra-lightweight refractory brick masonry. The insulation layer is made of aluminum silicate refractory fiber and expanded perlite block. The heating element is made of spiraled resistance wire and fixed on the bricks. Furnace tank material can be cast steel and welded steel. Welded with thick heat-resistant steel plate. There are two anti-mixed bar. The front end of the furnace tank is supported by a roller, and the rear end is supported by a fixed bearing. The furnace is free to expansion and shrink due to temperature changes. Gas and liquid media are injected from the rear of the infusion device, the exhaust from the front door discharge and burning, the workpiece is loaded and unloaded from the door.
Rotary and tilting device: composed by motor, gearbox, big & small sprocket, chain. The tilting angle is adjustable.
Drip and gas supply system: organic liquid and ammonia and other media, respectively, injected from the top of the two pipe fittings nozzle. Measured by observing the amount of liquid droplets, ammonia and other gas flow through.

Control system: using a high-power SCR PLD zero-crossing trigger system, with a radiator and a full set of air-cooled system. At the same time equipped with automatic air switch and fastener for secondary protection. Each group of electric resistance elements is set a ammeter, voltmeter and electric components on and off instructions, with power interlock protection and safe grounding measures to ensure the use of safety.


Rotary Carburizing Furnace Features:
1. This furnace is heated by resistance,controlled by solid state relay and intelligent instrument of Japan conductive company,and using PID adjusting method,has the advantages of accurate temperature control,simple operation,stable performance.
2. Working zone uses sealed cylinder-shaped chamber furnace made of imported high temperature stainless steel,it rotates automatically after the workpieces are putting into the furnace chamber to make the workpieces be heated uniformly.It can also be passed into various gas to meet various technological requirements of workpieces.
