Circuit Breaker Contact Resistance Tester , Switch Loop Resistor Tester , 100A Test Current

I. Products Description and Why need to use the tester

KDC-100A switch loop resistor tester has the features of 0~100A continuous adjustment of output current, continuous running for 1 hour, and protective function of open circuit, with high measuring accuracy, visual display, easy operation, and unfailing performances, suitable for test of contact resistance and return circuit resistance of HV electric switch, copper-aluminum busbar, etc.

II. Features

  • Testing current is great, which is completely in accordance with relevant national standard requirement on testing of contact resistance.
  • Output voltage is high, measurement scope is wide, which can reach 100mΩ.
  • Testing current comes from the 200A switching type constant current power supply with high accuracy, it is not necessary to carry out artificial adjustment, testing is quick and accurate.
  • Four terminal wiring method is applied, which effectively excludes influence of testing wire resistance on testing result.
  • Testing speed is quick, data are displayed within about 3 seconds.
  • It can work continuously for long term, it is equipped with the overheat protection circuit, the instrument is reliable and stable.
