General Description
PP series pleated water filter cartridges are made of Polypropylene (PP) membrane. The characteristics of high flow rate and high dirt holding capacity make it economical pre-filter, which is widely used in various fields such as pharmaceutical, electronics, chemical industry, food and beverage, etc. The all-polypropylene structure provides a wide range of chemical compatibility and can filter most acids, alkalis and solvents.

The actual performance of the filter cartridge---Filtraiton principle introduction
For liquid media with ultra-high impurity content, ordinary single-layer filter elements (or unreasonable distribution of filter materials) block very quickly. Gradient filtration and layered interception can be used, and multi-layer gradient structure filter membranes can be effectively used to increase the pollution-holding space, and the interception is large. At the same time as the particles (LPC), the effective particles are guaranteed to remain.
Remarks: Not all filter materials can be made into gradient filtration, and the characteristics of the medium, such as acidity and alkalinity, operating temperature, etc., need to be comprehensively considered. The most commonly used material is PP.
