Application:this machine is mainly suitable for inspection and recheck of release paper, adverstising consumables, crepe paper, lable paper inspection and reinspection before delivery.

Characteristic:


1.The unwinder and rewinder are on the both side of the machine, with reasonable structure, simple operation, the control part and switch parts adopt international famous brand professional devices. It can ensure the material will not produce wrinkles when it is reversed and rewinding evenly. The equipment has high reliability and stability.
2. Main control system: PLC Mitsubishi, Japan, GP color LCD interface.

3. Unwinding unit: servo motor, automatic tension control, centerless air shaft charging.
4. Edge guide: EPC optional E+L, Germany, Mitsuhashi, Japan or Taiwan brand.
5. Unwinding with forward or reverse direction, automatic design and automatic stop, line speed display, material break down detection, tension display, material break down automatic stop, static eliminating function.
6. Pneumatic splicing platform.
