Description of Hydraulic Polyurea Spray Machine

PLC liquid crystal display,showing working status from time to time.

The static andd ynamic pressure difference is slight,the hydraulic station and the raw material pressure are designed with1:1,the pressure is stable,and the raw material output is large flow.

The booster pump is horizontally pressurized,booster faster and stable.

Features of Hydraulic Polyurea Spray Machine

1. Work efficiency can reach 60% or more, far greater than the 20% efficiency of the pneumatic machine.

2.Hydraulic drive, less troubles.

3.Working pressure up to 25MPA, and very stable, large displacement per minute up to 24kg.

4.Machine soft start,The booster pump is equipped with an overpressure valve. When the pressure exceeds the set pressure, it will automatically release pressure and protect the machine.
