T5000 1300KW Large Scale Synchronous Motor For Blast Furnace Blower

TK series three-phase synchronous motors are mainly synchronous motors for air compressors, generally used in fertilizer, refrigeration and other industries, and can also drive mechanical equipment such as fans and pumps. Especially when the speed is lower than 600r/min, its performance is obviously better than that of the asynchronous motor with the same speed. It has a leading power factor (which can improve the power factor of the grid), high efficiency, high stability and high overload capacity. Load changing performance.
This series of synchronous motors complies with the national standard GB755 "Basic Technical Requirements for Rotating Electric Machines", GB14711 "General Requirements for Safety of Rotating Electric Machines JB/T8667.1 "Technical Conditions for Large Three-phase Synchronous Motors TK Series", etc., and also complies with the corresponding IEC standards.
Technical parameters of synchronous motor for TK series compressors:
1. This series of synchronous motors can be divided into two types: horizontal with shaft and bearing (IM7311) and without shaft and bearing (IM5710), depending on the structure of the air compressor.
