1. Use imported bearings
The high-speed large frame size motor uses authentic imported Swedish SKF or Japanese NSK bearings to ensure low noise, low vibration, high precision, high efficiency, long life and less maintenance;
2. The whole series uses silicon (silicon) steel sheet
All series of DC motors are made of WISCO's silicon steel sheet to ensure high permeability, low iron loss, high power factor, small motor temperature rise, and strong overload capacity;
The high-voltage motor case shell adopts an integral molding process to reduce welding seams, and the rigidity, strength and reliability of the body are higher than those of ordinary motors.
3. The whole series uses class F and class H insulation materials, and there is no short board for high voltage insulation
The whole series adopts F-class and H-class insulating materials (insulating paint, insulating paper, wrapping tape and insulating sleeve, etc.);
