Product introduction

The device adopts 640 × 480 high-resolution TFT LCD screen as display. The entire process and results of the experiment are displayed on the display screen, with a complete set of Chinese character operation interfaces that are clear and beautiful. The operation control is carried out by an photoelectric trackball mouse and two buttons, and all data and experimental processes are set by the mouse on the display screen. The operation is simple and convenient, and it is extremely easy to master.

Features

1. The standard 4-phase voltage and 3-phase current output has a 4-phase voltage and 3-phase current output, which can conveniently perform various combination outputs for various types of protection tests. Each phase voltage can output 120V, and the current triple can output 120A. The fourth phase voltage Ux is a multifunctional voltage item, which can be set to four types of 3U0 or synchronous voltage detection, or output under any certain voltage value.

2. Single machine operation is convenient. The single machine is operated by a convenient and flexible photoelectric trajectory ball mouse through a large LCD screen, all displayed in Chinese. Can complete most of the on-site testing and verification work, can verify various relays and microcomputer protection, and can simulate various complex instantaneous, permanent, and conversion faults for the entire set of tests. Ready to use upon startup, easy and fast to operate.

3. Dual operation mode, connected to the computer and running through a complete set of Chinese operation software on the Windows platform, can perform various large-scale, complex, and more automated verification tasks. It can conveniently test and scan various protection settings, store test data in real-time, display vector maps, draw fault waveforms, and print reports online.

4. The software has powerful functions and can complete various large-scale and complex verification tasks with high automation, such as three-phase differential testing, auxiliary power fast switching, backup automatic switching testing, line protection inspection and synchronous reclosing, etc. It can conveniently test and scan various protection settings, perform fault replay, store test data in real time, display vector diagrams, and print reports online.

5. The switch value contacts are rich, with 10 contact inputs and 8 pairs of empty contact outputs. The input contact is empty and compatible with the 0~250V potential contact, which can be intelligently and automatically recognized. Input and output contacts can be expanded according to user needs.

6. The large screen TFT display screen adopts 640 for this machine × 480 dot matrix large screen TFT high-resolution true color LCD display screen, all operation processes are set on the display screen, and the operation interface and test results are displayed in Chinese, making the display intuitive and clear.

7. Self protection adopts a reasonably designed heat dissipation structure, and has reliable and comprehensive multiple protection measures, power soft start, and certain fault self-diagnosis and locking functions.

8. It has an independent dedicated DC power output device with a dedicated 110V and 220V DC power output.
