It can effectively detect manufacturing defects such as material selection, welding, loose connection parts, missing strands, and broken wires in transformer coils, as well as hidden dangers that exist after operation. In order to meet the needs of rapid measurement of transformer DC resistance, our company has developed a ZXR-10A+three channel DC resistance tester using our own technological advantages. This instrument is a new type of fast tester that integrates single-phase testing and three-phase testing (Yn, Y, △) functions. It is an ideal device for measuring the DC resistance of large power transformers. The screen adopts a large screen high-resolution LCD display screen, which is convenient for on-site use and has a Chinese menu prompt function. 2.Features

For winding testing with star connection method and neutral point lead, the instrument can adopt a three-phase simultaneous measurement method to test the resistance of A0, B0, and C0 phases, saving testing time. And first test the data of A0 phase, and then test the three phases simultaneously, which solves the problem that the neutral point outgoing line resistance cannot be tested when testing the three phases simultaneously, making the test data closer to the single-phase test value.

For Y-type and △ type winding tests, the instrument can perform three-phase automatic testing and calculate the three-phase imbalance rate.
