Brief introduction
This equipment is widely used in power systems 35-220kV series PT AC voltage test, to test the insulation resistance of main and secondary PT, meanwhile induction test to small motor or transformer windings; also available as 150Hz power supply for short time.

Application

Apply to transformer, transformer induction withstand voltage test. SFQ adopts three cores and five columns structure, easy to operate, reliable performance, stable, efficacious. HUAYI generator AC withstand voltage resonance tester system is composed of generator AC withstand voltage test, generator withstand voltage tester, frequency AC withstand voltage test, generator withstand voltage tester equipment and generator serious resonance equipment.

Introduction

SBF Triple Frequency Induced Withstand Voltage Test Set was designed in order to meet the requirement by power system for high voltage induction multi frequency voltage withstand test equipment. This equipment is widely used in power systems 35-220kV series PT AC voltage test, to test the insulation resistance of main and secondary PT, meanwhile induction test to small motor or transformer windings; also available as 150Hz power supply for short time.

Features

1. Triple frequency transformer take advantage of the Saturation characteristics of magnetic circuits, and take out the biggest three times harmonic voltage as the power of generator, apply the test of frequency and voltage between turns, segments and layers for induction coil electrical products in order to check the insulation strength and voltage resistance level of the coil.
2. It is composed of Three-phase five-column transformer (or three single-phase transformers), single-phase voltage regulator, reactor and control section. According to user requirement, the appearance can be unitary or fission style.
3. It is widely used for voltage transformer frequency doubling induction voltage withstand test.
4. It is applied to frequency induction voltage withstand test for power transformer.
5.It is applied to frequency induction voltage withstand test for other Induction coil type electrical products.
