Features:
1, The hiqh accuracy of sheet feeding and cutting are guaranteed by precise optical grating encoder, servo diver system and PLC. The maximum sheet feeding speed is 240m/min. Start or stop time is less than 100ms.

2, Adoption of graphic operation terminal with user-friendly Chinese/English menu and colored processing pattern display. Which enables operators to touch control buttons to select required lamination shapes and addjust parameters easily.

3, Computer controlled lamination length compensation, rapid adjustment of cutting length.

4, It features longitudinal and cross step cutting function and can cut step laminations automatically(optional).

5, Cutting diverting and stacking can be preset and fulfilled automatically.

6, Two modes of offset adjustment. Edge positioning and center positioning.

7, Automatic step stacking of steel sheets from largest to smallest sizes. The longitudinal accuracy is ± 2mm and cross accuracy is ± 1mm (optional).
