Description:

This machine is used to produce roller shutter door slats. The strip coils go through decoiling, guiding, roll forming, cutting, and then comes the end product. Main components of this machine are decoiler, roll former, cutting device, run-out table and control cabinet, etc. We use high quality steel for machine base and structure to ensure the great strength of the machine.

Working Flow:

This foaming aluminum shutter forming machine integrates cold roll forming technology and PU foaming technology into one, thus continuous automation production of foaming roller shutter door is achieved.
