Sheet metal slitting line including uncoiling, pre-leveling, leveling, cutting and stacking work. The CTL line can make sure of accurate feeding and shearing. It can be widely used in cold or hot rolling carbon steel, tinplate, stainless steel and all the other kinds of metal materials.

Slitting machine

1. Power part: This is composed of power-stand, decelerator, 55KW direct current motor, gear distributing case, coupler, spindle, connecting-cover, etc.

2. Host machine: This is composed of bottom-stand, fixed bracket, big slide, knife pivot (φ180mm, 2pcs), movable bracket, slide, the front and back adjustable device of bracket, knife pivot lifting and pressing down adjustment device, accompany of blade, separating cover, rubber band, and 10 blades with the machine.

3. It changes the blades through moving out the bracket hydraulically and is very convenient and fast.

Scrap winder

1. It consists of a base, the shaft, and plate of scrap material, a friction wheel, a supporting wheel chain, a chain, a decelerator, and a 7.5Kw electric machine.

Tension stand

1. This is composed of frame, preliminary dividing shaft, bracket, pressing shaft, hydraulic damping device, lifting and pressing device for pressing shaft, set of dividing slice and cover, etc.

Hydraulic recoiler

1. It adopts the hydraulic expand and shrink recoiler shaft to tight the inner hole of coils.

2. It uses the hydraulic movable arm with the supporting spacers to ensure the even recoiling quality.

3. It is equipped with the push device to help unload the coils.

4. The motor is DC 75KW with 590 controllers to ensure the recoiling.

1. This car carries the finished coils and a movable lift.
