Description

Galvanized Steel Crash Barrier Guardrail Speedway Roll Forming Machine​

Application :The finished products are widely used on highway, expressway and other public places to prevent different kinds of accidents and improve safety. They can also be used as fence for livestock farms and other places.

Speedway Guard Rail Roll Forming Machine is used to produce guard rails or crash barriers. Hot rolled, galvanized or other steel sheet and coil is suitable roll forming materials for this machine. This machine is mainly made up of loading coil car, exit looping kit, roll former with tooling, automatic stacking device, flying cut-off machine, servo roll feeder, leveler, loading coil car, etc.

Components for the Machine:

5T hydraulic Coil placement in the coil holder: hydraulic hoist;
Pulling of steel from the coil to the pulling mechanism for the start: manual;
Suitable of the pulling mechanism for all required thicknesses: included;
Device preventing unwinding of the coil from the coil holder: included;
Uncoiled metal compensator: included, assures even feeding at all production speeds;
Working speed: 0-15m/min adjustable
Main motor power: 5.5KW AC motor

Flattener

The quantity of leveler rolls must be planned according to thickness 2.0mm to 3.0 mm.

Flattener roller: upper is 3 rollers, down is 4 stations(total is 7 rollers)

Flattener roller material: SAE 1045 thermal treatment hardness 48-52 HRC.

Diameter of flattener shaft: diameter70mm, material is SAE 1045, hardening and tempering
