Description

The H beam shot blasting machine is a dry cleaning equipment. The high speed shots impact the surface to clean the dirty. It is suitable for H beam, BOX beam, welding structures, steel plate, profile beam and other different shapes.

After shot blasting, the surface dirty can be removed, and the welding stress can be released also. So it can reduce the deformation and improve the fatigue resistance, enhance the paint adhesion.

HP shot blasting machine has following features:

The clean room and blasters are placed reasonably and the blasting range is wide.

The acentric direct joint shot blasters with big volume and high blasting speed can give high efficiency, surface grade to be Sa2~Sa2.5.

The separator is curtain type. The shots are blowed to a curtain, use wind to separate the dust, oxidations, broken shots from the useful shots.

The dust collector is pulse filter type. The wind speed is 0.4-0.8m/min. Cloth bag wind is 2-4m/min. So same wind volume, the filter size is much smaller than cloth bag. And the filter tank is easy for installation, transportation, and commissioning. Dust exhaust is less than stardard 100mn/m3 .

This machine is a conveyor type shot blasting machine. When do cleaning, the conveyor, which controlled by electromagnetically, transport the beam/metal structures into the blasting area inside the clean room. The workpiece is impacted by high speed shots from eight different directions. After finish blasting, the workpiece is transported to exit at another end.

During cleaning, the dropped mix of shots and dust are collected inside the hopper which is at the bottom of the room. The longitudinal & horizontal spiral transporter move them to the bottom of lifter. The lifter move them to machine top. The separate spiral transporter send them into curtain type separator for separating. The clean and useful shots are stored in cabin and are sent to blasters by adjust valve for second cycling.

The dust is sent to dust collector system by extractor pipe. After clean, the gas is exhausted into air and dust grains are caught into dust hopper. And the shots reflect into the wind pipe are recycled by the shots collector which join with the wind pipe, for next recycling work.

This shot blasting machine is mainly composed by five systems: clean system, workpiece transport system, shots recycling system, dust collecting system and electrical control system.
