This machine is composed of ∏-type rack (drive end/ cross beam), longitudinal guideway, longitudinal torch (multihead), transverse torch (CNC), gas-supply system and CNC system. Both drive and idler end /cross beam are adopted box-beam welding structure and have stress relief treatment after welding. So it has compact structure and artistic appearance. At the side of driving end beam fixed horizontal directive wheel fastened by adjusting the eccentric shaft, therefore, the stability and accuracy during the whole moving can be assured. The longitudinal guideways firmed by pressure plate backing board and connecting sleeve, all made by high intensity track, all the contact surface of track have precision machining and accurate grinding racks are installed outside the guideway. This installation method can guarantee the straightness and parallelism of guideway. The transverse cutting torch fixed on the transverse tool carriage. Its moving also realized by AC servo electric machine made in Japan Panasonic to drive the epicyclic decelerator made in Germany NEUGART, then use the way of rack-and-pinion driving. The drive and idler torch tool carriage both derived by steel strips, which have high elasticity. The directive wheels at the ends of cross beam can tension the steel strip. Gas supplying adopted twice decompression, then supply gas with shunt. The temper prevention device can guarantee a stable and unblocked gas circuit.
