Description

The rotation device is designed for rotate the ISO tank or other standard containers for purpose of cleaning, repair, test, or fabrication & maintenance.

The tank/container is loaded on the seats, one of the circle can move on the rails, which will move the the tank/container into the circle corners. After all corners are close to the machine frame and fixed automatically, the circles will rotate driven by motors, which has self lock function. After the container/tank is rotated to a certain right position, stop the circle, workers can do repair or cleaning conveniently and easily.

Ring rotate speed: controlled by “Schneider” inverter.

Rotating method: driven by chain & sprocket wheel.
