OVERVIEW
MIC100 Series gas detector can be used in 24 hours continuous online monitoring of concentrations of single gas in the filed.The types for detection are more than 500 types.
With an output, can be simply integrated into a Distributed Control System (DCS) to provide warnings and enable control of high levels in the working environment.
Simple to install service and calibrate, MIC100 Series require no hot work permit and the PID sensor is accessible and changeable in a matter of seconds.
Strong, durable and explosion-proof shell and fluorocarbon surface treatment process are suitable for the use at a variety of hazardous places and corrosive environments, it is wear-resistant.

- Diversified Data Communication Methods
① It is possible for the real-time monitoring via the wired or remote wireless transmission,
and network transmission.
② Three-wire system 4 ~ 20mA standard signal and standard bus RS485 (mod bus-RTU)
simultaneous output.
③ It is possible to select frequency output 200-1000Hz, Hart protocol signal, 1 ~ 5V output,
SMS alarm, wireless transmission .
④ It is compatible with GPRS, PLC, DCS system, and it is possible to drive the related equipment.
⑤ Two set of relay switch measures ports ( upper and lower limits) output:dry contact,
capacity 30V 1A, 125VAC 0.5A.
Standard configuration includes the infrared remote control, it is possible for one-key operation via
infrared remote control function key, which can achieve the operation without opening the cover under
hazardous situations. such as: the functions like modification of the alarm point, density calibration,
zero-point calibration, noise reduction, restoring the factory setting, and so on.

APPLICATION
