Vapourtec E-Series Flow Chemistry System

OVERVIEW

Vapourtec’s E-Series systems comes in four initial template configurations. Each configuration has been tailored towards a particular area of chemistry. However, due to the modular nature of all Vapourtec systems, each system can be modified to your needs. With two reactor positions, up to three pumps, using the revolutionary V-3 pump and a large range of reactors, all compatible with any system and other accessories, there are many other configurations possible with the E-Series.

- Immobilised catalysts, solid phase carrier reactors ideal for immobilising catalysts, solid phase carrier reactors or for removing resins etc. Reactor - Resistant to strong acid corrosion
- Uses standard Omnifit glass columns - No external circulation cooler required
- Full visibility of the reaction in the column tube - Pre-cooling agent can be fed in
- Precise temperature control - Cooling mix
- Quenching after cooling reaction
Cooled column reactor Gas/liquid "tube in tube" reactor
- Minimum temperature -40°C - Maximum temperature 150°C
- No external circulation cooler required - Reactor size: 15ml liquid volume with gas control via pressure regulator (not shown in the picture)
