The MIC500-OZ ozone gas analyzer is equipped with an advanced automatic zero-point correction function. This feature ensures consistent zero-point stability, even when exposed to ozone, and represents a patented innovation by our company. The analyzer supports continuous 24-hour operation without the need for downtime.

Detection Principle: Utilizes the UV dual-beam absorption method, making it ideal for real-time monitoring of ozone generator output concentrations and tail gas ozone concentration measurements.

Measurement Range: 0–300 g/NM³ / 0–200 g/NM³

Features: Includes a proprietary automatic zero-point correction system, dual-path UV absorption technology, durable UV LED light source sourced internationally, and ensures stable and reliable concentration detection during continuous operation.
