The RBMS-S20-400A720V(750V) is a high voltage master BMS without parallel function, and a two-wire system (without center tap). The voltage level of the master BMS is 750V and supports a rated current of 400A and a rated voltage of 720V.

The RBMS is available in three voltage levels. They are: 350 with an operating voltage of 120-350VDC; 750 with an operating voltage of 260-750VDC; and 1000 with an operating voltage of 500-1000VDC.

For actual system voltage rating calculation, this example uses 15 pcs of 15 strings lithium iron phosphate battery modules in series connection (15*15S). The single nominal is 3.2V, therefore the rated voltage will be 15 * 15 * 3.2 = 720V.

Features:

Advanced battery management system, with perfect self-checking, running status checking function and complete and reliable system control and protection strategies, can greatly guarantee battery safety and extend the life of battery packs. Furthermore, this system offers modular design, configurable and expandable,up to 256 (400 for lead-carbon batteries) batteries in series can be combined and expanded into a larger energy storage system. With multiple RS485, CAN, Ethernet, dry contact input and output interfaces, this system can easily support the communication with most PCS and monitoring servers on the market. Moreover, a flexible communication interface protocol is also included, factory-set with the company's communication protocol. And it can be further adapted to various PCS for different purposes. In addition, a large-capacity memory chip is built-in to this system for key operating data storage, and an SD card add-on can be utilized to realize battery historical data storage. Last but not least, this management system can moreover provide automatic circulation control and automatic parallel/offline control in order to easily realize the parallel connection of multiple battery packs.
