5kg/H Closed Cycle Centrifugal Spray Dryer With A Inlet Gas Nitrogen
Descriptions
A Closed-Cycle Centrifugal Spray Dryer is a specialized spray dryer that operates in a closed-loop system and uses a centrifugal atomizer to disperse liquid feed into fine droplets for drying. The system is particularly suited for materials that are flammable, heat-sensitive, or involve organic solvents, as it operates with an inert gas (e.g., nitrogen) in a controlled environment. This setup ensures product safety, high-quality output, and efficient solvent recovery.
Liquid Feed Atomization:
The liquid feed is introduced into the drying chamber through a high-speed centrifugal atomizer. The atomizer spins at high speeds (10,000–50,000 RPM), breaking the liquid into fine droplets.Drying in a Closed Loop:
The droplets are exposed to a heated inert gas (e.g., nitrogen) in the drying chamber. Solvent evaporates quickly due to the high surface area of the droplets.Inert Gas and Solvent Recovery:
The inert gas carrying the evaporated solvent exits the chamber and passes through a condenser. The solvent is condensed and collected for reuse, while the inert gas is reheated and recirculated.Powder Collection:
The dried particles are separated from the gas stream using cyclones, bag filters, or electrostatic precipitators. The final powder is collected in a container or hopper.
Centrifugal spray atomizer Features
1. High speed drying. The surface area of Raw Material liquid increased a lot after atomization through nebulizer, 95%-98% of moisture will be evaporated in high temperature airflow in a flash, only needs seconds time.
