How to use blood pressure monitor

Precautions for using the electronic blood pressure monitor

1, if you have just completed running, swimming, hiking and other strenuous activities

can not immediately use the electronic blood pressure monitor for blood pressure measurement,

at least 10 minutes of rest before proceeding.

2, when measuring pay attention to the correct posture, to ensure that the whole body and

mind are in a relaxed state. Breathe normally during the measurement and try not to talk.

not too high or too low.

4. Bare your arms during the measurement. If you are wearing long-sleeved clothes, do not pile

5, each measurement, repeat three times to take the average, in order to obtain more accurate

measurement results. Among them, the interval between two measurements of blood pressure
