High quality anti-static carbon type aprons,light weight rollers

The line is used to produce the product from polyester fiber, low melt fiber. After bale opener, opening machine, carding machine, cross lapper, thermal bonding oven(three-layer structure), ironing machine, winding and cutting machine, to get the final nonwoven wadding product.

Main regulations and technical indexes of combined machines
1. Machine working width: carding machine 1850mm-2500mm, Output width of cross lapper: 3200mm, heating chamber length of thermal bonding oven: 7000mm, winder and cutter: 2600mm
