Thermal Bonding Polyester Nonwoven Machine Mattress Oven Wadding Nonwoven Machine polyester fiber roller machine

A percentage of polyester staple fiber ,hollow staple polyester(or natural wool fiber) and low melting point fibers be opened and blended by opener, then carded and lapped with required thickness, and set by the process of drying and setting.


Products feature: good permeability, good warmth retention property, lightweight sound absorbing, high resilience, aging resistance, washable, clean with no harmful substances.


Products Application: The product is widely applied to industry filter materials, sound absorbing materials and bedding's, clothing materials, tourism supplies; mattress and sofa cushion cotton for civil uses.
Raw Material ratio: Usually low melting point fiber 4Dx51mm 15%-25%, hollow polyester staple 6DX51-65mm 40-50%(optional), Polyester fiber 6DX51-65mm 30-40%
