Nonwoven Home Textile Multi-functional Fabric Oven Thermal Bonding Polyester Wadding Machine

This production line designs non-woven manufacturing systems for the automotive industry, airlaid or by carding solution. The system produce individualized fibers with tensile strength that is uniform in both length and width under controllable percentage. These advanced fiber web systems create fibers that are ideal for automotive applications such as air bags, headliners, sun shades, acoustical pads, door panels, and various engine parts. The versatility that is engineered into every system allows for the production of non-woven fiber webs from many materials, including cotton, cotton shoddy, synthetic shoddy, recycled fiber, reclaimed material.

1. Machine working width: carding machine 1850mm-2500mm, Output width of cross lapper: 3200mm, heating chamber length of thermal bonding oven: 7000mm, winder and cutter: 2600mm
