The non-woven fabric carding machine comprises a feeding mechanism, a carding mechanism and a stripping mechanism which are sequentially arranged, wherein the carding mechanism is provided with a big cylinder and doffers, a plurality of working roll and fur stripping roll groups are uniformly arranged on the mid-upper part of the big cylinder along the circumferential direction of the big cylinder, and each working roll and fur stripping roll group is provided with a working roll and a fur stripping roll. The non-woven fabric carding machine is characterized in that two doffers are arranged on the front side of the big cylinder up and down, a wind screen is arranged between the two doffers, the stripping mechanism comprises two stripping cutting dies, and the doffers correspond to the cutting dies in a one-to-one manner. In the non-woven fabric carding machine, the big cylinder is provided with the two doffers, and each doffer corresponds to one stripping cutting die, so that in the chemical fiber carding process, upper and lower continuous webs can be formed simultaneously, superposed on a conveying inclined curtain, and then sent to the next process; and the non-woven fabric carding machine has the advantages of good carding effect, more even and orderly formed webs, high production efficiency and the like.
