Introduction:

Hard wadding thermal bonding prodcution line is widely used to make hard and flexible wadding product by termal bonding technical process with hollow curly polyester fiber, bi-component fiber and low melt fiber. The final product can be used for mattress, furnature, beddings and so on.

Thermal bonding oven is used to melt the low melt fiber and bonded with polyester fiber together. The hardness is also depended on the percentage of low melt fiber.

The winding and slitting machine is used to cut the final product into sheets with certain size. Or make the soft waddings by rolls.
