With an extensive array of advanced CNC turning and milling machines and cutting-edge supporting technologies at our disposal, we have the capacity to produce customized parts with exceptional precision.
Equipped with a range of 3-, 4-, and 5-axis CNC machines, we possess the capabilities to undertake a diverse array of projects catering to a wide spectrum of applications across numerous industries. The ability to achieve precise cuts and work with a variety of materials makes CNC machining the preferred choice for prototyping, small-batch manufacturing, and low-volume production needs.
CNC milling is a prevalent technique employed to fabricate designs of various sizes. Materials are fed into a cutter multiple times at varying angles until a highly precise final design is attained.
By harnessing cutting-edge computer controls from industry leaders such as Mitsubishi, Siemens, CNC Makers, and others, our engineers craft accurate designs swiftly and with remarkable precision. This approach guarantees maximum efficiency and minimal waste, enabling the rapid and cost-effective production of your product.
CNC lathes primarily depend on rod materials, constituting a high-volume product amenable to automation.
CNC turning, a pivotal manufacturing method, revolves around the utilization of rod materials. This process entails securing bars of material in a chuck and rotating them while advancing a tool to carve away material until the desired form is realized. Because the desired shape emerges through material removal, this technique is commonly referred to as subtraction machining.
FAQ:
Q1: What is your MOQ ?
Usually our MOQ is 2,000pcs. But we accept lower quantity for your trial order. Please feel free to tell us how many pieces you need, we will calculate the cost correspondingly, hoping you can place large orders after checking quality of our products and know our service.
Q2: How long is the sample lead time?
For existing samples, it takes 2-3 days. They are free. If you want your own designs, it takes 5-7 days, subject to your designs whether they need new printing screen, etc. Anyway, we will response fast to your request.
Q3: How long is the production lead time?
We mainly export to Europe, the US, Australia, Middle East and Southeast Asia countries.
