CNC milling is a process that utilizes computer-controlled machines to follow specific tool trajectories and shape materials using high-speed rotating cutting tools.
Over time, the machining industry has evolved from two-axis machining to include three-axis, four-axis, and even five-axis machining centers, achieving precision levels as fine as 0.001mm. Our CNC machines have a maximum processing size of 500mm * 1000mm * 600mm and can handle workpieces weighing up to 800kg. The machine tool spindle speed of 20,000 RPM ensures a smooth and clean surface finish on the workpiece.
We frequently work with materials such as aluminum, steel, copper, stainless steel, titanium, POM (polyoxymethylene), Teflon, and more. After completing the CNC machining process with high quality and dimensional accuracy, we divide the parts into rough machining and fine processing stages to achieve the best results. The rough machining stage removes a margin with dimensions around 0.5 * 1mm, followed by finish machining. Some products may undergo additional surface treatments such as plating, polishing, passivation, sandblasting (powder coating), or anodic treatment. Anodic treatment is commonly applied to aluminum CNC parts, resulting in black, red, blue, or other colored anodized finishes.

Q3: Can you send me samples ?
