Upon receiving the drawings, we will provide you with an expanded view of the different options and quantities based on the blanking methods, which may include laser cutting, CNC punching, shearing, mold cutting, and more. Subsequently, we will create the appropriate unfolding of the parts according to the drawings.
For CNC punch cutting, certain areas may be affected, especially when dealing with irregularly shaped workpieces and irregular holes. This can result in the presence of burrs along the edges, which will be addressed through a deburring process. Please note that this may slightly impact the accuracy of the workpiece.
On the other hand, laser processing offers advantages such as no tool limitations and smooth section cuts. It is particularly suitable for shaping workpieces. However, it may require more time for small-sized workpieces.
To optimize efficiency, we have placed the CNC and laser machines next to the table. This arrangement facilitates the placement of the sheet on the machine for processing, reducing the workload involved in lifting the plate.
Additionally, there is an option to utilize edge material placed in designated areas, which can be used for bending tryouts and providing material support during the manufacturing process.

Q: What are the procedures to customize my own parts?
A: There are a few steps as below:
1. You are kindly requested to offer us the 2D (PDF or CAD) or 3D drawing with detailed requirements added;
2. Our engineer will analyze and offer technical support for any infeasible design before making the best quotation accordingly;
3. Once the quotation is confirmed, you can start the sample order or mass production.
4. The products will be made strictly as per your requirements in our built-in workshop and inspected fully before shipping to you.
5. After service starts as soon as the goods are sent out.
Q: What are the payment terms?
A: We accept 30 days' payment after the invoice. We suggest you order through ALI Trade Assurance System with payment via Credit Card, Paypal, or T/T as your preference.
Q: Can you help to create a drawing for us?
A: If you are not familiar with software drawing, you may draft the design with all the dimensions, and our engineer will work out the 2D drawing with CAD accordingly.
Q: Do you provide a sample?
A: Yes, sample order is acceptable. It usually takes 8 to 10 days depending on your specific requirements.
Q: How can you ensure the quality?
A: Equipped with all the necessary inspection facilities, we are able to inspect the parts on material, dimensions, structure, etc. The dimension inspection report will be provided for your verification before shipment.
A 100% Refund or Replacement fully charged on our side is acceptable if defectives caused by our side are found.
