Description and application:

Our double twist bunching machine is suitable for bunch-twisting copper conductors, copper clad aluminum wires, varnished wires, tinned wires, etc. It has industry-leading specifications, with a maximum speed of 1200 rounds per minute. It can strand wires with diameters from 0.38mm to 1mm, and the stranded cross-section ranges from 0.8mm² - 16.0mm².

  • The body frame is annealed to eliminate internal stress and is one-step boring by means of precise boring mill.
