Product Description

Our 260 Automatic Cable Coiling and Strapping Machine is constructed to function jointly with the 260 Thermoplastic Packaging Unit, which results in a clean and good-looking display of cable items. The specifically adjusted wire inlet angle along with the strictly regulated traversing system makes this machine stand out. Possessing this machine transforms the situation since it decreases the labor hours required for packaging and gets rid of human errors due to distractions or lack of focus.

  • The whole line adopts PLC and touch-screen to control the line automatically during coiling and strapping. Easy to operate human-machine interface.
  • The traversing system is adopted Serve motor so that the coil of cable is orderly and beautiful.
  • Automatic belt the bandlet to adopt the advanced strapping unit. The success rate of strapping is very high and it reaches 99.99%.
  • According to the product, the customer could choose band 2pcs 3pcs or 4pcs belts.
