Description and application:
With productivity far exceeding that of the conventional cradles type cabling machine, our bow type laying up machine is suitable for stranding soft structure cables such as control cables, ACSR overhead cables, power cables, along with bare copper, aluminum, and aluminum alloy wires having up to 7 cores. You can opt for the back - twist function according to your requirements. The machine's drive can be either independent or ground shaft - driven.​

The user - friendly human - machine interface makes operation easy and monitoring comprehensive.​

Automatic pitch adjustment is implemented using PLC.​

A back - twist mode with a maximum of 100% can be provided.​

There are independent drive and ground shaft drive alternatives.​
